Distance- For sessions beyond 50 miles from the zip code 11949, a travel fee of $0.655 per mile (roundtrip) will be added towards your original quote. For example, if the venue is 100 miles from the photographer’s starting point (11949), the travel fee would be $100. Here’s how it’s calculated.
Travel Fee= $0.655 x (roundtrip distance of venue from photographer’s starting point, zip code 11949)
Travel Fee= ($0.655 x 100miles x 2) = $131
Location Fees- Since some parks require photography permits, additional fees may be added depending on the price of the photography permit + parking fees. For example, Planting Fields Arboretum charges $100 per photography permit and $8 per parking, so $108 will be added towards your original quote.
Extended Photoshoots- additional fee applies to shoot for an extra hour.
Switch Locations- $300 fee applies to switch locations.
